A patron at Lehigh reached out to our circulation staff because they'd kept an items beyond it's due date to the point that it's been marked LOST and two bills have been put on their account. They have the item and are going to return it, so the bills will be forgiven, but there shouldn't have been two bills created. We have OLE 3.0.15 in production.
I believe the generateLostNotices job generates the bills when it runs, right? I'll attach OLE's logs for last night when this job ran and the bill was generated.
In order to attempt to reproduce the problem, you'll also need a backup of our database from before the notices job ran and the bills were generated. I'll make sure to save a copy of that backup, but where do I upload it these days? It's been a long time and I'm not sure how to get that to you anymore.
