Development Workflow (Reference: Atlassian gitflow)

As of today (Nov 19th, 2015), we have made the svn trunk (https://svn.kuali.org/repos/ole/trunk/) available in the public space (https://github.com/openlibraryenvironment/ole). 

  1. master - This is the main branch that has version releases only.
  2. develop - This is the main develop line for ongoing development.
  3. release-x.x - This would be a release branch prior to getting ready for a tagged release; This would enable the develop branch to be used for the next release.
  4. hotfix-x.x - This would be a hotfix branch for any hot patches for a release.
