title.identifier.issn OR title.identifier.eissn One or more rows contain duplicated data for column "title.identifier.issn" (or title.identifier.eissn)

Description

This warning indicates that you have two or more titles with matching ISSNs and/or eISSNs. This warning is optional for GOKb, but it is very important to reconcile and remove the additional titles. 

Solutions

1. Open the quick resolution menu by clicking on the wrench icon in the upper right corner of the warning message, and selecting "Quick Resolution."
2. Choose "Create facet"
3. On the left-hand menu, you will see a listing of all duplicate ISSNs (or eISSNs)
4. Click on the ISSNs (or eISSNs) you want to review and compare the titles
5. Add a Star to the title you will delete
6. For the title you are keeping, change the dates so that you have the earliest DateFirstPackageIssue and the latest DateLastPackageIssue (or leave blank if the title does not have an end date.)
7. Repeat this process for the volumes and issue numbers
8. Repeat with all duplicate ISSNs (or eISSNs)
9. When you have completed these steps for all ISSNs, close the Facet and return to the Errors tab
10. To delete the rows you've selected, From the "All" dropdown, select Facet > Facet by Star > Remove all matching rows
